 LOOK for the Tentative Agreement at your worksite on Thursday, May 7th.

 READ through the document and note the changes.

 WRITE down any questions you may have.

 BRING your questions to the Saturday, May 16, 2009 meeting at West Valley Performing Arts Center for registration beginning @ 8 a.m. and questions & answers @ 9 a.m.

 VOTE to RATIFY your new Tentative Agreement on Saturday, May 16 @ 11 a.m.

Each site rep will be given two (2) copies of the Tentative Agreement on Thursday.
Please call the ESSA Office ASAP if you have not received your copies by Friday a.m.
